"The shop owner is an absolute thief and a big liar. I bought two (2) water bottles for my daughter, one costing 700 Rs and the other one for 800 Rs. These were bought on Saturday evening. On the upcoming Monday, when we readying my daughter for her school, I filled the bottle bit observed that the bottle was leaking. I thought to check it later, as of now use the 2nd one. To my surprise the 2nd bottle was also leaking. I was very disappointed. Somehow, we sent our daughter with a disposable plastic bottle because she had misplaced her earlier water bottle at school. I went to the shop in evening and showed the bottles to the shop owner. He just looked at them and said "Sir there was a ring shaped rubber that should be present inside the bottle caps which is causing the water to leak". I told him I used it for the 1st time that morning. Before that it was kept as it is taken from his shop. Even after requesting multiple times, he paid no heed to my request to replace the bottles or help me out in any manner. He could have easily got the bottles replaced by the concerned distributor, but he never even bothered to help in any manner. My only mistake in this entire episode was that I didn't check the bottles by filling water while purchasing which in reality nobody does. 1500 Rs is no big deal but really pains the way he was blaming me for this. Request everyone to be really aware and double check when purchasing anything from his shop."

"I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this particular shop as the owner is highly unprofessional, doesn’t know how to handle or talk to customers, doesn’t stay at the shop most of the time and gets cranky when you ask a few questions! He told me that a particular thing was present at this shop, even gave me an approx price but when I travelled all the way (took me about 25 mins), the guy at the shop said that they don’t have it. The owner even stopped picking my calls. Please find some other shop. NOT RECOMMENDED!"

"A very arrogant and disrespectful person who has no idea how to talk. I have asked him for his email id and further added that il send him the money through paytm even before printout. He started shouting that if it is so urgent i should have come myslef and gotten it done right away.and started yelling. I dont think a customer who is even willing to pay even before the work done is to be treated like this. Very arrogant."
